Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about booking, equipment, cancellations, and travel logistics for your padel holiday.

Booking

For winter sun destinations like Costa del Sol and Algarve, we recommend 8-12 weeks ahead for December through February. Spring and autumn trips need 4-6 weeks. Summer bookings (July-August) should be made 10+ weeks in advance as courts and accommodation fill quickly. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — contact us and we will check availability.

Both work perfectly. Solo travellers are placed into welcoming group sessions, social round robins, and coaching clinics where you will meet other players. For groups of 4 or more, we can arrange private court blocks, group coaching, and discounted accommodation rates.

Our packages vary based on your preferences, but typically include: confirmed court bookings at quality clubs, accommodation (hotel, resort, or villa options), airport transfers, and a local contact for support. Optional add-ons include coaching sessions, equipment hire, tournament entry, and excursion bookings.

Yes, a 25% deposit secures your court bookings and accommodation. The balance is due 4 weeks before travel. For bookings made within 4 weeks of travel, full payment is required to confirm.

Absolutely. Up to 2 weeks before travel, you can adjust court times, add coaching sessions, or change accommodation preferences. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on playing.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations 8+ weeks before travel receive a full refund minus a £50 admin fee. 4-8 weeks before travel: 50% refund. Less than 4 weeks: no refund, but we will try to resell your booking and refund anything we recover. Travel insurance with cancellation cover is strongly recommended.

Date changes are free up to 4 weeks before travel, subject to availability at your chosen destination. Within 4 weeks, changes incur a £75 fee plus any difference in pricing. We always try to accommodate changes where possible.

We do not provide insurance directly, but we recommend policies with sports cover that specifically include padel and racket sports. We can suggest providers who understand padel holiday requirements. Standard travel insurance often excludes sports equipment and injury cover.

This is extremely rare, but if a club closes or accommodation becomes unavailable, we will offer you an equivalent alternative at the same destination or a full transfer to another location of your choice with no additional fees.

Equipment

Most clubs include racket hire in court fees, but regular players prefer their own equipment for familiarity and performance. If you bring your own, check your airline's sports baggage policy. We can advise on carriers that allow rackets in cabin baggage.

Yes. All our partner clubs offer racket and ball hire. Premium rackets are available at most locations for a small supplement. We can pre-book equipment so it is ready when you arrive.

Standard padel or tennis shoes with non-marking soles work on most courts. Some clubs in Spain and Portugal require specific sole types for their surfaces — we will advise you on any requirements before you travel. Trail running shoes are not suitable.

Our partner clubs stock replacement rackets and we can arrange same-day replacement if needed. We also recommend checking whether your home insurance or travel policy covers sports equipment damage abroad.

Travel & Logistics

Spain: Malaga (Costa del Sol), Barcelona (city breaks), Palma (Mallorca), Valencia (city/resort), Alicante (Costa Blanca), Sevilla (Andalusia). Portugal: Lisbon (city/coastal), Faro (Algarve). France: Nice (Riviera), Biarritz (Atlantic). Italy: Rome (city), Naples (Amalfi). Greece: Athens (mainland), Mykonos (island).

Airport transfers are included in most packages. For destinations within 45 minutes of the airport, shared transfers are standard. For remote locations or private villas, private transfers can be arranged. We will confirm transfer details in your booking confirmation.

No. All our partner clubs have English-speaking staff, and we provide a local English-speaking contact for support during your stay. Club sessions, coaching, and social events are conducted in English or bilingual formats.

All destinations on our list have indoor or covered court options. In the unlikely event of sustained bad weather, we reschedule sessions or move to alternate venues at no extra charge. Winter sun destinations like Costa del Sol experience minimal rain.

Of course. Many of our groups include partners or family members who do not play padel. We can recommend spa facilities, golf courses, local tours, and beach activities to keep everyone entertained while the players are on court.
